HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a medical treatment used to alleviate symptoms caused by low hormone levels in men and women. HRT can help with common low testosterone symptoms like low energy, brain fog, moodiness, decreased erections, etc. HRT also helps with common menopausal symptoms like hot flashes and vaginal discomfort. It can also prevent bone loss, decrease risk of breast cancer, and reduce fracture risk in postmenopausal women. However, it’s important to tailor HRT to each individual and regularly evaluate its benefits and potential risks.
